RICG Mobile Plus allows the user the ability to create Purchase Orders (PO), Receive Goods and complete Stocktaking. Purchase orders are created by selecting a supplier and product group, and then the program will look up the products from that supplier / group combination and the qty to order from the stock requirements table in MYOB Exo Business. An order will be generated which contains this data by default. The order can then be reviewed and the Quantity to Order can be changed. There is also the ability to create a purchase order for a supplier and choose all categories. Once the purchase order is saved on the PDA it will be written back to The RIC Group mirror database. RICG Server Software will then import the Purchase Order and write it back to the necessary MYOB Exo Business Purchase Order tables so the Purchase Order can be easily viewed within MYOB Exo Business.

To complete a Goods Receipt the user can enter in a PO # or select the supplier on the PDA. When the PO Number is selected the order is loaded into the PDA so the user can receipt against. The Purchase Orders are displayed in a grid, and the user can manually select each item in the grid and enter the amount received or they can scan the goods and the product scanned will have its amount received automatically incremented by one. The user can review the grid and then click on a button to confirm goods receipt. RICG Server Software will then post a new goods receipt into MYOB Exo Business.

To complete a stocktake the user will need to initialise a stock for a particular location within MYOB Exo Business then enter in the stocktake name and location in the PDA. An optional product group or bin code can also be entered. A grid will then be populated with all the items which meet the selected criteria from the stocktake work table in MYOB Exo Business. The user can then go scan the items and save the stocktake when they are satisfied with it. The stocktake will then need to be confirmed in the main screen on the PDA and this will push the figures back to the MYOB Exo Business Database. There is also the ability to manually enter in the stocktake counts. All the manual counts and PDA counts are consolidated into a table in RICG server software for easy posting back into MYOB Exo Business. This effectively allows very quick stocktaking, but also allows an easy way to complete partial stocktakes.

RICG Mobile + completely enchances the ability to complete stocktaking with MYOB Exo Business. It allows multiple PDA's to be used to complete the stocktaking at once.

MOBPOS - Mobile Sales EXONET Business

MOBPOS provides an ideal way to create Sales Orders in the field and transmit them via the Internet to the MYOB Exo Business host system. The RIC Group server will process the sale once received and automatically import it into MYOB Exonet.

MOBPOS has these benefits:

MOBPOS gives the user the ability to select and view products from the MYOB Exo Businses product file and can up pricing information. MOBPOS is quite flexible and can be modified for specific needs and there are options to print to a mobile printer.
