FLEXIBLE MENU PROGRAMMINGWhen dealing with complicated menus our Advanced Cafe POS (point of sale) system has the solution. You can setup sizes, cooking instructions like rare, medium and well done, side dishes, sauces etc as a step through choice. What does that mean; well if your customer wants a steak the POS will ask how they want it cooked, with what side dish and sauce. In fact we can ask as many or as few questions as you want per product. We call this product stepping. Another great feature in the case of a pizza shop is half half pizza’s which can easily be handled. The next step in managing complicated menus is modifiers. A Modifier removes certain items from products, the perfect example would be removing anchovies from a pizza, not only can we remove the anchovies we can remove it from one half only if needed. Extra charges can be added and removed with modifiers.
Our advanced Hospitality POS (point of sale) solution can aswell automatically apply discounts when certain products are purchased. We call this comboing. This means you never risk over charging and upsetting your customers by not applying a discounted price.
